That the maximum ridge height shall not exceed 6.5 metres above the excavated ground level and 0.3 metres above the finished height of no. 6 Shotover Kilns. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of the development, plans and specifications contained in the application, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality.
