Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall only be used for the purposes specified in the application and shall not be used for any trade or business. Reason: To protect local amenities.
