is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
building(s).
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That provision of parking on the site shall be in accordance with a
scheme which shall first have been submitted to and agreed in writing
with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
