That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the natural stone shall be regularly coarsed and dressed using lime mortar. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satsifactory. That the natural stone to be used for the new walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as that used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
