Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the signs, by virtue of their excessive size and prominent siting, represent intrusive features detrimental to the visual amenity of the locality which lies within an Area of Great Landscape Value. As such, the proposal is also contrary to policy G13 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
