the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That three parking spaces shall be laid out within the curtilage of the
property and so retained and maintained.
 
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
        standards and to protect local amenities.
