years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
The proposed bathroom window in the western elevation shall be obscure
glazed.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the development shall not commence until the two parking spaces
indicated on Plan No. 2324-03A have been provided and shall be permanently
retained and maintained.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
