That the proposals would be contrary to policies CON6 and CON10 of the
South Oxfordshire Local Plan. The insertion of two substantial
rooflights in the roofslope of the dovecote would disrupt the existing
plain, simple roofslope detracting from its unspoilt character.
Similarly the insertion of a new window in the gable wall of the house
would detract from the existing simple uncluttered character of this
gable wall.
