Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of the development, full details of all joinery works and the treatment details of the hips of the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage and store shall be constructed at the ground level specified on plan reference 597/3 accompanying agent's letter dated 3 July 1997. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
