That at the expiration of a period of seven years from the date of this permission, the fence shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and to ensure adequate protection for the hedges to allow them to become established. That hedges of a species to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority shall be planted alongside both fences either within or outside the fences during the planting season following the date of this permission and such hedges shall be so tended as to grow to, and remain at, a height of not less than 1.8m and that any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within seven years of the date hereof shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly maintained. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
