Planning Permission on 4th July 1997
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of the development, plans and specifications contained in the application, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no part of the barn shall be occupied until space has been laid out within the site for three cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed by the Local Planning Authority, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the land be preserved and properly maintained and that in the event of any of the trees dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed, a new tree or equivalent number of trees, as the case may be, of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important.
