That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1977 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the eastern elevation of the extension. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the proposed new windows shall accord with the details shown on drawing No. 180097A. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. Prior to the commencement of the development, ventilation details shall be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the rear extension shall be implemented only as part of a joint extension between numbers 3 and 5 High Street, Lewknor as shown on drawing No. 180097A. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
