Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That prior to the conversion of the garage, space shall be laid out
within the site for two vehicles to be parked, as shown on drawing
no. 01, and such parking spaces shall be retained thereafter.
 
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
        standards and to protect local amenities.
