That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, ventilation details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. Prior to the commencement of works the applicant will be responsible for arranging for a record to be made of the building concerned. This should be undertaken by an archaeologist/building recorder or organisation with acknowledged experience in the recording of standing buildings and be presented in a form which is acceptable and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the building is of archaeological/historical importance. That prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, detailed drawings of the new dormer windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That the works hereby approved shall include the use of lime mortar and lime render. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
