That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Prior to the commencement of works the applicant will be responsible for arranging for a record to be made of the building concerned. This should be undertaken by an archaeologist/building recorder or organisation with acknowledged experience in the recording of standing buildings and be presented in a form which is acceptable and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the building is of archaeological/historical importance.
