That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the parking spaces shall be carried out as shown on the plan
accompanying the agent's letter of 12 May 1997 and shall be so retained.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That the first floor bathroom window on the northern elevation shall
be frosted glass and retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
