That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the natural stone to be used for the new walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture and shall be laid and pointed in the same manner as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing walls. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the plain clay tiles to be used for the roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the proposed rooflights shall be flush fitting. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the first use of the extension hereby permitted, the existing access to the site shall be closed off by the erection of a wall to match the existing wall, or by the planting of a hedge. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience. That the parking spaces to serve the development shall be laid out in accordance with plan reference 9716/3 and shall be so retained. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That all trees on the land shall be retained and protected during the course of development, and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That the premises shall be used at no time other than Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 8.30 and 6.45 and Saturdays between 8.45 and 12 noon. Reason: To safeguard the amenity of adjacent properties.
