Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in
accordance with the application as approved.
That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date hereof.
Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91(1)(a) of the Town and
Country Planning Act, 1990.
The use of the school house shall remain ancillary to the use of the
main school and shall not be occupied separately.
