Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the external walls and roof be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the office accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with Upperton Farm, as described in the application, and shall not at any time be occupied or used separately. Reason: To accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority. That the three rooflights hereby approved shall be of the Velux "heritage" type and retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory
