permission for the development and the plan numbers LOC.1, 0545/1 and
MCB.386c accompanying such application except as modified by conditions
of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer
in writing.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in
accordance with the application as approved.
That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31 May 2002 the building
be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly
state.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.
That the building be painted within 3 months of the date of this
permission in accordance with a colour scheme to be approved in writing
by the Chief Planning Officer, and the colours shall not be changed
without the written authority of the Chief Planning Officer.
Reason: To ensure the finishes are compatible with the surrounding
development.
