Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing reference 3683/01, all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained. The parking spaces shall be used only for the parking of vehicles, and shall not be used for any other purposes. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and to prevent the use of the parking spaces for commercial/storage purposes.
