Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That no rooflights shall be inserted in the roof of the building without prior approval of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the roof hips of the barn shall be constructed using bonnet tiles. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That a detailed schedule of works, to include ventilation and insultation details, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
