Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That a sample of the brick to be used in the construction of the wall and pillar hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, details of the lime mortar mix shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
