is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the roof of the garage shall be constructed with plain clay tiles,
or as otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the garage building shall be used for purposes incidental to the
enjoyment of the dwellinghouse, as such, and shall not be used for any
business purposes.
 
Reason: To protect local amenities.
