Planning Permission on 30th November 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the living accommodation hereby permitted shall be restricted to that part of the building identified on plan no. B229/01 accompanying the application, and unless occupied as ancillary residential accommodation in conjunction with the use of the existing residential property,Penn Farm, as a single dwellinghouse, the flat shall only be occupied by a person or persons employed to care for the horses accommodated in the buildings included within the area of the application, and for no other residential purpose whatsoever, unless agreed otherwise by the Local Planning Authority following the submission of a formal planning application for the variation of this condition. Reason: Occupation of the accommodation in any other circumstances would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and, because permission is being granted for special reasons, would otherwise be contrary to the planning policies of the Local Planning Authority.
