Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of the development, plans and specifications contained in the application, subject to the amendments referred to above, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the extension hereby approved shall not be occupied until two parking spaces have been provided within the curtilage of the dwelling house, such spaces to be retained and maintained. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience. That notwithstanding the details submitted as part of this application, a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all existing and proposed windows on the front elevation of the property shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
