Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
