Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the weatherboarding shall be dark stained in all respects to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That at no time shall there be more than one garage on the site. Reason: To accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority.
