Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 22nd November 1996
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That particularly having regard to its excessive height and the bulky
nature of its construction, the proposed radio aerial would result in
a prominent and intrusive form of development which would be out of
keeping with the residential character of the locality and detrimental
to the visual amenity of the area.
Having regard to its location in relation to surrounding residential
property the proposed radio aerial would represent an overpowering
and oppressive form of development which would detract from the
residential amenity enjoyed by occupiers of adjoining property.
