Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That no development shall commence until the traffic calming measures
set out in the agent's letter dated 14 October 1996 have been
implemented to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority and
so retained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That prior to the commencement of the development, a detailed scheme
for the landscaping of the site shall be submitted to and approved by
the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be implemented within
the first planting season following the commencement of the development
and shall be so retained. In the event of any of the plants dying,
they shall be replaced within the following planting season and so
retained.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
