That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the making good of the walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That an enlargement of the details of the new door and surrounding brick and stone on the front elevation of the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to works commencing. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That a detailed specification for the consolidation of the front elevation stone shall be submitted and aprpoved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and rooflights has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That details of the proposed boundary treatment between the two dwellings be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing prior to the commencement of development, and shall be erected before the first occupation of the dwellings hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to protect the amenity of the future occupants of the two dwellings.
