type, design and external finish of the new window has been submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That a traditional lime render mix shall be used for the rendering
of the entrance wall (excluding pillars) and the gable end of the
cottage.
