South Oxfordshire Local Plan (Policies H12 and C2) in that having
regard to its size and bulk the extension proposed above that already
permitted under application ref. P95/W0172 would be out of scale with
the existing building as permitted to be extended to the detriment
of the character and appearance of the building and would be harmful
to the visual amenities of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty.
