Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the construction of the brick plinth shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area. That the roof shall be covered with plain clay tiles, a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area. That the walls shall be finished in feather-edged timber weather boarding and be stained in a colour to be agreed by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area. That the garage doors shall be side hung and constructed with vertical stained timber boarding in all respects to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area.
