orientation of the building, the proposal represents an unneighbourly
and oppressive form of development which would block light to the
neighbouring property and be detrimental to the residential amenities
of the occupants of 11 St Georges Road. As such the proposal would
be contrary to policy H7 of the adopted Wallingford Local Plan and
policies G8 and H12 of the approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
