building(s).
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That surface water shall be disposed of via the guttering shown on the
plan of amplification reference 804/06/A and then to the water butts or
established soakaway as indicated on the submitted plan or application.
 
Reason: In the interests of public health.
