That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That no roof trusses or purlins shall be cut during the course of works without prior written consent from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the plans do not show the existing roof structure in sufficient detail and to protect the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
