That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the new brick wall, timber boarding and roof shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows (including rooflights) and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of works the final details of the roof ventilation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That the south elevation to the main barn (i.e. not including the garage) shall be externally finished in brick unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That the rooflight to the stairwell on the south elevation shall be fixed so that it cannot be opened. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south and east elevations of the building other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That all ground floor and first floor windows in the rear (eastern) elevation shall be obscure glazed prior to the occupation of the dwelling and shall thereafter be retained. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 and Classes A to G inclusive of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no development within Classes A to G of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To protect local amenities. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), the garage accommodation shall be retained to allow for the parking of one car and retained as such. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
