That the development has resulted in the introduction of an inappropriate
commercial activity in a sensitive rural location within the North Wessex
Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  In particular, the external
storage of containers, plant and machinery and the movement and parking
of commercial vehicles and vehicles to be repaired are detrimental to
the character and appearance of the area.  As such, the development is
contrary to policies G1, C2, C6, C11, E3 and E6 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
