Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
buildings.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a scheme showing the disposal
of foul drainage has been submitted to and approved in writing
by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution.
That surface water shall not be disposed of other than in accordance
with a detailed surface water drainage scheme which shall first have
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution.
That before the first use of the buildings hereby permitted, automatic
ventilation, pig showers and fully slatted floors shall have been
installed and thereafter retained to the satisfaction of the Local
Planning Authority.
Reason: To avoid pollution.
That slurry shall not be spread on the land within 50 metres of the
boreholes or within 10 metres of the watercourse shown on plan reference
P96/W0663/'A' attached to this notice.
Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution.
