That samples of the materials to be used in making good the existing door and window openings shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing, reference 389-1 all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
