door and window openings shall be submitted to and approved by the
Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing,
reference 389-1 all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained
and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
