That the addition of an illuminated fascia sign on the north-east
elevation of the petrol pump canopy, particularly when viewed from
Littleworth Road and from Benson across open fields which lie within
the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and having regard to
the level of illumination and the bright colours employed in the
advertisement, has resulted in inappropriate form of advertisement
detrimental to the visual amenity of this rural location.
