That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That a six foot fence shall be erected on the northern boundary of the property between the relocated sectioned garage and the existing car port in all respects to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority before the first occupation and use of the extension hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure the development is not unneighbourly and to protect the privacy of occupants of no. 84 Elvendon Road.
