Decision
Planning Permission on 13th December 1996
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the weatherboarding,
brick plinth and roof shall be submitted to and approved by the
Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all external doors and windows
(including rooflights) has been submitted to and approved in
writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the barn conversion hereby permitted shall be occupied and used
as a separate unit of accommodation only by Mr G and Mrs A Crawford.
Upon cessation of occupation by Mr G & Mrs A Crawford the barn
conversion shall only be occupied and used ancillary to and in
conjunction with, the use of The Old Parsonage as a single family
dwelling, and the extension shall not be occupied or let as a
separate unit of accommodation.
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special
circumstances and to otherwise accord with the policy of the
Local Planning Authority.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1
of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted
Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order),
no development within Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall
be carried out on the land unless planning permission has first been
granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in
respect thereof.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
