Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the first use of the extension, the railing shown on drawing 6614/03C shall be provided and thereafter retained. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
