Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the new brick wall, timber
boarding and roof shall be submitted to and approved by the Local
Planning Authority in writing before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type,
design and external finish of all windows (including rooflights) and
external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the
Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and
appearance of the listed building.
That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That prior to the commencement of works the final details of the roof
ventilation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and
appearance of the listed building.
That the south elevation to the main barn (i.e. not including the
garage) shall be externally finished in brick unless otherwise agreed
in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
