Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external wall of the plinth supporting the frame to the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those ued on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
