That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That details and samples of the materials to be used for all new
external walls and roofs and for making good existing walls and roofs
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before development commences.
Reason: To safeguard the character and setting of the listed buildings.
That, notwithstanding the details shown on the submitted plans, detailed
specifications of the types, designs and external finishes of all
external doors, windows, rooflights and rainwater goods shall be
submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority
before development commences.
Reason: To safeguard the character and setting of the listed buildings.
That before any of the development hereby permitted is occupied, the
parking and turning spaces shown on the approved plan shall be constructed
and such spaces shall thereafter be kept permanently available for the use
of residents, employees and visitors to the site.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That the barn to be altered shall be altered in accordance with the plans
hereby approved and in particular shall not be converted into bedroom
accommodation as approved by planning permission reference P94/W0394.
Reason: That permission for an extension is only granted as alternative
not additional bedroom accommodation which would conflict with
policies for the Oxford Green Belt.
