Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building. That all remedial works to the boundary wall shall be undertaken using existing materials, or new materials, samples of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, laid in regular courses using lime mortar. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external appearance of the new gates has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
