That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall not be occupied until all roof lights to the east elevation have been obscure glazed. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the eastern roof elevation of the extension other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
